My Name is William (Bill) Baxter. I My username is "ArmadaFan" because I am a Fan and Season Ticket Holder of the Golden Baseball League's "Long Beach Armada," as well as being a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers. I also have done The National Anthem at Long Beach Armada Games several times, and hope to do it once or twice at a Dodgers Game in the near future. My pet peeve in Baseball is GREED, as I feel that America's Great Past Time and greed don't mix. Greed has been tainting the Game of Baseball a lot over the years to the point where the fans and the love of the game no longer come first. Some of the aftermath has included Steroid Use, Collusion, the Absence of Salary Caps, and the Strike of 1994. One of my favorite MLB Teams was The Angels, until 2005, when The Angels LP changed its name from the Anaheim Angels to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, which was perpetuated by greed. I soon lost interest in The Angels and they were replaced by the Long Beach Armada in the Golden Baseball League. This is what my username, "ArmadaFan" is derived from.
